Please allow 10 business days for normal UPS ground delivery for all in-stock items.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Handling damage is the more probable cause of any broken items. To return a defective or broken item, please contact your local postal service. We make certain that your items are packed securely and free of defects before it leaves our facility. IF - for what ever reason, after checking with your postal carrier, liability is not a fault of theirs, you may return your defective item within 10 business days, in the original packaging. After doing so, either a replacement will be sent to you or a refund will be issued. (Shipping costs are nonrefundable). Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, & must also be returned within 10 business days after purchase. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement.

Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance: ~Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Michelle's Treasures. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. ~Sample items are not returnable. ~Merchandise, merchandise packaging, & inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned & shipping cost of return will be charged.

Q: I received a catalog. But I don't see the item on the website. Where do I find it?

A: Since new items are being listed daily, some items may not yet be present on the website. First, click on the SITE MAP tab. You will see all items now present on the website. If the item is still not present, simply leave an e-mail to michelle@michellestreasures.com.

Q: How can I receive a catalog?

A: Simply send an e-mail to catalogrequest@michellestreasures.com or send a written request to the mailing address listed on the website.

Q: Some items state that there may be additional shipping charges. How will I know how much that charge is?

A: Before your order is processed and your credit card is charged, an e-mail will be sent to the email address you have listed on your payment information stating that additional amount and if you accept these additional freight charges.
