REFUND & RETURNS POLICY:

Handling damage is the more probable cause of any broken
items.  To return a defective or broken item, please contact
your local postal service.  We make sure that your items are
packed securely & free of defects before it leaves our facility.  
IF - for whatever reason, after checking with your postal carrier,
liability is not a fault of theirs, you may return your defective
item within 10 business days, in the original packaging.  After
doing so, either a replacement will be sent to you, or a refund
will be issued.  (Shipping costs are nonrefundable).  
Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking
fee, & must be returned within 10 business days after purchase.  
Product boxes &/or items that have been written on or
otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or
replacement.

Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions
to qualify for return acceptance:  ~ Merchandise must be in its
original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Michelle's
Treasures.  Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.  ~
Sample items, (if applicable), are not returnable.  ~
Merchandise, merchandise packaging, & inner pack must bear
no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.  Returns
which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy
will be returned & shipping cost of return will be charged.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q:  I received a catalog, but I don't see the item on the website.  
Where do I find it?

A:  Since new items arrive daily, some items may not yet be
present on the website.  Simply send an inquiry to
michelle@michellestreasures.com & a response will be sent to
you about the item or items in question.

Q:  I'm really interested in an item, but it is a little out of my
price range.  Would you consider negotiating on the price?

A:  Yes.  We believe our prices to be reasonable & competitive.
 However, we will do what we can to make sure both parties are
pleased.  Send your concerns to

Q:  What are the additional shipping charges?

A:  Additional shipping charges are charges in addition to the
regular shipping rates.  Some items carry more weight than
others, therefore the shipping rates have to be adjusted.  When
your order is placed for that particular item, the additional
shipping charge has already been incorporated into the total
shipping charge for that item.  However, express shipping
charges are not.

Q:  Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

A:  At this time, we do NOT ship internationally or outside of
the continental U.S.

Q:  Where do I find information about the products, such as
size, height, or weight?

A:  Product descriptions are listed directly beneath the items.  
Other helpful information may include whether or not the item
is out of stock, if the item carries an additional shipping charge,
or if the item will be discontinued.

Q:  I want to order more than one item, but I am being charged
shipping  costs for each item I choose.  Am I doing something
wrong?

A:  No.  Our website currently is set up with a shipping charge
per item.  However, we will make the necessary adjustments so
that there is ONLY 1 shipping charge per order.  Please send
any pertinent information, (such as item(s) you are ordering and
their quantities), & we will make all necessary adjustments, to
guestservices@michellestreasures.com.

Q:  Am I able to put an item on backorder?

A:  No.  We do not backorder items.  However, we will do our
best to provide you with an estimated date of arrival for items
that are out of stock.
